I finally got scroll arrows to work in Deskbar. The arrows appear when you have so many applications open that Deskbar becomes too tall to fit on the screen and disappear when Deskbar fits on screen again. You can scroll either by using the mouse wheel or by clicking the up and down arrows.

BeOS R5 Tracker window drag and drop activation behavior. Notice how the yellow-tabbed active window never changes when I drag from one window to the other, even if both windows involved in the drag and drop operation are not active.
Put Workspaces settings in their own box in Screen preferences. Put brightness slider in the screen box and remove the Set background… button.
